  1. Presenter fee includes participation, presentation and publication in Scopus indexed proceedings. For virtual presentation, APC remains same. 

  2. The mentioned fee corresponds to the Early Bird registration and is applicable for submissions made until 30th June 2026, with registration open until 30th July 2026. A regular registration fee of €400 will be applicable for submissions received on or after 1st July 2026.
