Proposals
Special Session proposals are encouraged for this IEEE Germany India Conference on Innovation, Technology, and Engineering (GICITE) 2026. The objective of these sessions is to provide a focused platform for presenting emerging research topics, novel methodologies, and innovative applications aligned with the overall theme of the conference (refer to the Call for Papers). A Special Session is intended to stimulate in-depth technical discussions in specialized areas that complement the main conference tracks. Each approved Special Session must secure a minimum of 10 registered and presented papers to be conducted as a separate session.
Each Special Session may have up to three organizers, with one designated as the Session Chair and the others as the Co-Chair. The organizers are responsible for actively promoting the session, soliciting high-quality submissions, and coordinating with the Technical Program Committee (TPC) to ensure a rigorous peer-review process in accordance with IEEE standards. The allocated presentation time for each paper is 15 minutes, including questions and discussion.

Special Session organizers are requested to inform authors to submit their papers under the appropriate Special Session track.
